Hello everyone,

I recently submitted an online request for an official document through the Attica regional portal, and I’m a bit confused about the expected processing time. The website mentions general timelines, but nothing very specific for the type of document I requested.

 

Before I follow up with the office, I wanted to ask: Does anyone here know how long online document requests typically take to be approved and issued?

Are delays common, or does it depend on the specific municipal department handling the request?
