Theater for an introvert

  • Being an introvert, I rarely attend noisy events. But the theater has always attracted me – there is no fuss, no pressure, there is only a stage, light and history. It is important for me that the path to this is as contactless and calm as possible: no calls, queues, misunderstandings. Therefore, a website where everything can be done in a couple of clicks is especially valuable to me.

Theater Guide turned out to be exactly that. No unnecessary information, just what you need: dates, time, a short but informative description, photos of the stage. You can choose a performance by mood, genre or duration – if you know how long you want to «immerse yourself».

I liked the function of choosing a specific seat – you can avoid the crowd and take a seat on the side, where others do not interfere. All this may sound petty, but for people tired of communication, such details decide a lot.

I recently went to see a drama about immigration and loneliness. I walked out of the show and thought: it is in evenings like these that healing occurs. And it was Theatre Guide that allowed me to have this experience without stress, respecting my pace and space.
